WWU Design Department

Student Work

Print & Packaging Design

2010-2013

I always wanted to be a designer, even before I knew it was a job. As a kid, I either wanted to be a teacher, like my mom, or a "computer graphics designer".

I grew up on the internet, making pixel art and websites, reading books about CSS, and dabbling in all sorts of visual art.

In college, I started out by majoring in Studio Art which I absolutely loved. In particular, the painting, sculpture, and photography classes really prepped me for my professional career. But once I finally took a Graphic Design class from the Design department, I knew that switching to a Design major was the right choice.

These are some of my projects from my time as a WWU Design student.
