Preliminary branding and commercial experience design for collections of properties owned by XYZ RENT.

XYZ² is an office and retail complex in Las Vegas, NV. XYZ³ is a sister collection of commercial properties in Santa Monica, CA along the famous Third Street Promenade.

Both property collections aim to be a positive presence in the local communities and provide a physical space for creatives, disruptors, and innovators to congregate.
